July 14, 2009
Steve Ballmer may now be the guy in charge at Microsoft and is sometimes known for his occasional outbursts, but it looks like he’s really calmed down from the early days at Microsoft where he did TV advert for a then state-of-the-art Windows 1.0.

July 7, 2009
We recently featured an article on Zath about a giant 59ft Gundam statue that had been built in Tokyo to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of Gundam – that’s one hell of a way to celebrate, you can see lots of pictures of the construction of it and also a video which shows the giant Gundam statue moving!

June 14, 2009
Leo Laporte is a calm, well-mannered guy who produces a whole bunch of great “This Week in Tech” audio and video podcasts as well as live-streaming his other shows from his house – I personally think he’s one of the best tech-based commentators out there and equally his shows are usually pretty spot on and he tells it like it is.

April 26, 2009
When I saw this Lego fashion show video I thought it was a quite cool as it’s all been done in 3D computer animation and not using stop-motion animation which you often find with online Lego videos.

March 29, 2009
With the start of a new Formula 1 season now upon us and a couple of great British drivers currently in with a chance of winning races, it got me a bit nostalgic for the last I was a big fan of Formula 1, back when Damon Hill was racing!
He’s been retired for quite a while now, but you still see him on TV occasionally, at one point there was even speculation that he may have been Top Gear’s Stig, with the recent news of who actually was the Stig, it would appear not, however take a look at this video below, clearly he’s still got that racing spirit and knows how to push a car…and it’s passenger to the point at which the poor guy is actually sick!

February 26, 2009
This portable automatic paintball sentry is very impressive to watch and funny to see the guy getting pelted with paintballs, remarkably accurate – but perhaps a little scary to think what could be done if hooked up to a real gun given it’s accuracy!
